Shadab has been active in accounting, business processes, financial and taxation planning for over 14 years. He has assisted small and medium sized business clients in many areas including bookkeeping, change and growth management, deal structuring, operations and systems analysis, preparation of financial information and statements, restructuring, risk and supply chain management and taxation.
He also specializes in corporate and personal taxation planning. Shadab has substantial experience in preparation and filing of tax returns, adjustments, appeals and requests for taxpayer relief. On behalf of corporate and personal clients, Shadab regularly deals with the Canada Revenue Agency on information requests and income, payroll and sales tax audits.
Shadab received an Honours Bachelor of Accounting from Brock University and has held the Chief Financial Officer position for over five years at two different medium sized companies. Over the years, he has gained experience in guiding and working with numerous clients in various industries including catering, commercial and housing development and rental, diamond mining support services, logistics, not-for-profit, oil and gas support services, privately held businesses, professional services, real estate, road construction/maintenance, skilled trades, etc.
