No lending institution will lend your business money without a properly prepared, detailed business plan. A Business Plan will become your roadmap to the future of your business; would you drive from Calgary to San Jose without a map? So why would you try to develop a successful business without a plan?
If the Covid-19 Pandemic has taught us anything, it is that cash flow is critical to the success of your business.
Without sound cash flow and liquid cash reserves, a business can fail quickly should an unexpected event occur.
Does your business have the cash flow and reserves to survive another event? Could you survive a 2nd wave and shutdown again?
Get professional prepared cash flow projections and determine the viability of your business before it is too late.

Sure, there are lots of ‘do it yourself’ incorporation services out there, but do they give you advice and guidance based upon your personal tax situation? Will they take the time to understand your plans for succession? Will they look at tax saving strategies? Will they look at your family situation and look at future tax planning scenarios?
All of these items should be considered BEFORE you incorporate your business!
